Film structure: TÜV OK Compost certified Kraft/PLA/NatureFlex for compostable eco-friendly roll stock, mono-material PE for recyclable film, or PET/AL/PE high-barrier laminate for oxygen and moisture-sensitive products, laminated to 60 to 140 micron thickness.
Printing: Digital printing from 1,000 linear metres for new product launches, or rotogravure for volume runs with up to 10 spot colours, registered for sachet, stick-pack, and pouch formats on automated lines.
Reel specification: Custom width from 80mm to 1,200mm, core diameter 76mm or 152mm, wound to the roll length and orientation matched to your VFFS, HFFS, or stick-pack machine.
