Film structure: TÜV OK Compost certified Kraft/PLA/NatureFlex for compostable eco-friendly pouches, mono-material PE for recyclable construction, or mono-material PP for high-clarity applications laminated to 80–140 micron total thickness.
Printing: Digital printing from 1,000 units for short runs and colour-flexible launches, or rotogravure for volume production with up to 10 spot colours and the sharpest photographic detail available in flexible packaging.
Barrier layer: Aluminium foil lamination for oxygen-sensitive products including coffee, nuts, dried proteins, and supplements. Metallised or clear PET barriers available for products that need on-shelf visibility through a window panel.

Resealable zipper options: Press-lock zipper, slider zipper, or tear-notch closure — chosen by how the customer actually opens and stores the product between uses.
Expandable bottom gusset: The gusset opens when filled, letting the pouch stand upright on shelves from 50g through 3kg product weight. The same bag holds a trial-size powder and a bulk family pack.
Window panel & transparent options: Add a clear window to showcase whole-bean coffee, granola, or trail mix, or choose full-clear transparent PE to display the product in its entirety.
Surface finishes: Matte, glossy, or soft-touch film, with optional foil stamping and embossed branding for premium retail positioning.
