Features
Tin tie closure (recommended): Sealed with a tin tie rather than a zipper — the traditional gusset-bag finish, works reliably with heavier product weights, and reseals cleanly across repeated openings. Buyers recognise it on shelf as the specialty coffee signature.
Bulk capacity: Side gusset pouches carry 250g to 5kg of product; bottom gusset pouches reinforced to hold up to 10kg without seal fatigue built for foodservice, wholesale, and bulk retail.
Degassing valve: One-way compostable valves available for whole-bean and ground coffee, releasing CO₂ from fresh roast while keeping oxygen out.
Surface finishes: Matte, glossy, or soft-touch film with optional foil stamping. Kraft paper gusset pouches remain the most-ordered finish for specialty coffee roasters.
