Description

XWPAK manufactures custom gusset pouches in both side gusset and bottom gusset construction, serving coffee roasters, pet food brands, bulk food wholesalers, and grain packers across the USA, Canada, UK, EU, and Australia. Every pouch is produced in our BRC-certified facility with food-grade materials that meet FDA and EU Regulation 10/2011 compliance.

The expandable gusset is what sets this bag apart. Side gusset construction is built for specialty coffee and dry goods in the 250g to 5kg range, with the tall, narrow silhouette that defines the coffee shelf. Bottom gusset construction is built for heavier product pet food, rice, flour, animal feed, and foodservice packs reinforced for weights up to 10kg without compromising seal integrity.

We recommend closing gusset pouches with a tin tie rather than a zipper. The tin tie gives the pouch its traditional hand-finished appearance, works with any product weight, and reseals cleanly across repeated openings. Digital print minimums start at 1,000 units for smaller launches; rotogravure production serves volume runs with up to 10 spot colours.
