Technical details
Film structure: TÜV OK Compost certified Kraft/PLA/NatureFlex for compostable eco-friendly spout pouches, mono-material PE for recyclable liquid packaging, or PET/AL/PE high-barrier laminate for oxygen-sensitive and hot-fill applications — laminated to 120–200 micron thickness for reinforced leak resistance.
Spout & cap system: Polyethylene spout welded into the pouch seam with matched HDPE or PP cap. Standard screw cap, child-resistant cap (CR) for cosmetics and cannabis-adjacent liquids, or tamper-evident cap for retail food and beverage. Spout diameters from 8.6mm (drink pouch) to 22mm (wide-mouth pourables).
Spout location: Corner spout for angled pouring and kids' drink pouches, top-centre spout for adult beverages and detergents, side spout for squeezable sauces and condiments — location selected by ergonomics and fill line compatibility.
Fill temperature range: Cold-fill up to 60°C for juices, sauces, and beverages; hot-fill up to 95°C for purees, jams, and ready meals; retort-compatible structures available for shelf-stable sterilised product.
Printing: Digital printing from 1,000 units, or rotogravure for volume with up to 10 spot colours and photographic detail across curved and flat pouch surfaces.

Leak-resistant seal construction: Reinforced side and bottom seams paired with laser-welded spout integration — engineered to hold liquid under shipping stress, temperature cycling, and repeated cap opening.
Cap options: Standard screw cap, child-resistant (CR) cap for cosmetics and regulated liquids, tamper-evident cap for retail food, or flip-top and straw caps for beverages. Cap colour and finish customisable to match brand palette.
Stand-up or corner format: Stand-up spout pouches with gusseted base for on-shelf presentation, or corner-spout format for drink pouches, single-serve juices, and cosmetic sachets.
Sustainable liquid packaging: Compostable Kraft/PLA/NatureFlex structures with compatible bio-based caps, or recyclable mono-PE pouches with matched mono-PE caps — full pack recyclability for brands meeting EU Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation.
Surface finishes: Matte, glossy, or soft-touch film with optional foil stamping — premium finishes for cosmetic brands and premium beverage positioning.
