Technical details
Materials on request: Any structure in the standard XWPAK range, plus custom laminations, unusual barrier combinations, specialty substrates including metallised films, biodegradable barrier films, and fibre-based composites.
Construction: Any pouch shape with defensible sealing geometry, including asymmetric seals, angled pours, multi-chamber separations, integrated hangers, and custom die-cut silhouettes.
Tooling: New die and sealing tooling built in-house for production runs of 10,000 units and above; prototype runs possible on existing tooling for lower volumes.

Features
Work from any input: Send a physical sample of a competitor product, a 3D render, a dieline file, a napkin sketch, or a written description. We reverse-engineer, redraw, or interpret, whichever matches what you have.
Prototype before production: Small-batch prototypes produced in the actual production material, not 3D-printed mockups. You evaluate the real pouch in your hand before approving tooling.
Sustainable by default: Compostable, recyclable, and fibre-based structures are offered as the first recommendation on any new project unless the product specification rules them out. Environmental fit is not an upsell, it is the starting position.
NDA and IP protection: Mutual NDA signed on request before sample sharing. Custom tooling and structural designs remain the property of the commissioning brand.
For standard pouch formats, see our Stand Up, Flat Bottom, Gusset, and Spout Pouch ranges.
